At least the link is no good for SEO, spelled out like that. If it were hidden in a [ size ] tag, like usual, I'd have just hit delete in a heartbeat. Not sure if this one is malicious or just plan kooky though.

They're not the usual spammer but a spammer none the less. A quick search found that exact block of text scattered across a bunch of random forums.
