Bumping

I just wanted to tell Ecneret ( http://deskthority.net/marketplace-f11/ ... ml#p101274 ) that bumping will move the thread up in the list but not mark it to have new posts for people who have already read it but now I am not sure if that really is how bumping works. It should!
