I just received my Ducky Shine 2 (Green LEDs & black switches) in the mail today. I was very excited as it is my first mechanical keyboard and because i had to wait so long to get it. (it was always out of stock)
However, when recording the backlighting profiles I noticed that the F9 Key (which is used to activate the second lighting profile) does not work well. In order to register, I must push the key completely down and then continue pushing, like pushing the switch into the board.
It isn't a huge issue, but I am a little disappointed.
Has anyone else had a similar issue? and is there any way to fix this?

Thanks, after pushing it several times over the past hour it has oddly seemed to have fixed itself... It must have been just a weak connection or something.
If it ends up not working for good, would all i need to do is re-solder on a new switch in its place?

Since fiddling with the switch solves the malfunction i'd say it's very likely that it's not a controller or such problem. You could have a look at the solder joints of that switch and see if they are ok.
