Help identify the keyboard

I know it's annoying request but I really did some research and could not find out what it is. Looks like model M, but the green/blue switch is weird!

Interesting. I have never seen a green stabilizer insert before. The led indicator sticker looks odd to me, but that could be my eyes playing tricks on me. Or the white balance being off. But those key caps are cool.
