Good to see your rare keyboard. If you make the good focusing to the switch directly, it could be easily to determine.

I suspect it's from the UK, with the " under 2 and with a pound sign on it. Do you own this keyboard? What kind of switches does it have?

Carefully pull a keycap and get a good shot of the switch if possible. Very interesting layout. Also the back of the PCB could shed some light.

Usual electro mechanical (of course) contact over PCB.Look at right by zero.

I can't help with the keyboard identification, but I do see a Futura font face on the PCB.

what a strange keyboard I ever seen.
The slider look like the key tronic only. Nope to say what kind is that dirty boy.
Tactile or linear?
It might be the electrostatic or magnetic switch keyboard. Looks like an various of IMS international keyboard...

It does look a bit foil on foam is to me but i have never seen one with a pin thorough the PCB like that , strange.
