Well, the title says it all. I've recovered a keyboard from my parents house from when I was a kid. I only remembered that the legends on the keys were blue. The keyboard was still in the attic, and the legends were in fact blue, it's a G81-3000 Olivetti keyboard.

The keycaps are original dyesub PBT keycaps (thank you for the help photekq!), PT layout.

Here are some of the photos, the stabilizers are really rusty, but the keycaps and the case itself are really nice, just dirty.

It was really nice to find a keyboard that I've easily used some 20 years ago.
I hope to upload more photos until the weekend.

Your G81-3000 Olivetti is worth cleaning, old black MY's are not too shabby. Looking foreward to more pics.

Glad to see your post here!

Seriously, don't spend too much time on those switches. Everything looks so rusty, I'd throw the inner parts to the bin without regret.

Put a real PCB, a Leeku or just a genuine G80-3000 PCB inside, and enjoy the Cherry MX switches with that nice case and those nice keycaps. :)

Those are some amazing caps. I've always loved blue legends.

IIRC Tai-Hao makes a set of "Olivetti" double-shot ABS keycaps, but they have absolutely nothing on these. Believe me, I'm a fan of double-shots, but.. these are in a league of their own.

And if I were you, I would fix up that keyboard. My very first keyboard was pretty bad..

..but I wouldn't be opposed to restoring it, that is, if I even had it. Parents got rid of it as well as an AT101/AT101W a long time ago. Do you know if your G81 still works?
