On the T2000SXe's PCB they are labeled as PJ8 (narrow cable) and PJ7 (wide cable).

But seriously, some of those pins must be the data lines from the rows and columns. If you can look at the membranes, you may be able to trace these. There is no controller onboard so you will have to wire up the rows and columns to a teensy or pro micro then program it with hasu's TMK firmware or similar.
