Chicony KB-5311 - What type of switch?

Hello all!
I have come across a Chicony KB-5311 for sale. I haven't gotten any pictures of what's underneath the keycap.
Anyone have any info or experience with this board? Steer clear or worthwhile?
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

It's rubber dome, i have one.

As far as rubber domes go, do you feel this board does it well? Or do you find yourself never wanting to use it?

Reason I ask is because I came across one on ebay with amazing Cyrillic keycaps but is rubberdome even worth it..

this one.
It's way too expensive for a rubber dome, even if it's a decent rubber dome (I've no opinion goodness or badness, as I don't have one) at $62. There are quite a few keyboards with Cyrillic keycaps that I see pop up on this forum for sale and/or on ebay. I'd recommend just being a bit patient ... says the guy that bought 5 keyboards in the past week and a half.
