Do you have a better picture of it? It looks like an ISO M122 with 2-3 different sets of keycaps mixed together.

That's a regular M 122 from Greenock with a special order keycap set on it and several random replacement keys.

Thanks for reply. Is the cleaning of keycaps with den. tablets a good idea? Just asking because they show some signs of heavy usage, and don't want to make them blank...

It sould be safe to put the caps into the dish washer as long as you dont use the highest available temperatures. Wearing them blank is nearly impossible due to the process the caps were made.
