Help me identify this keyboard/switchtype

I found this old forgotten keyboard hidden deep within my garage and took a look under the hood to see if i could find out what type of switches it had. The keyboard is branded with a government brand (covered by the pink panther) and is probably from the late 1980s.

The keys have a non-clicky, linear feel to them and i couldnt immediatly recognize the type of switch, even though the keyboard is branded with alps electric ireland.

Anyone know more about it and can tell me what type of switch it is?
