keyboard boxes

As keyboard enthusiasts, I was wondering how much value you guys place on preserving the quality of the box or case the keyboard comes in. One of my regrets is that when I opened my DAS, I just tore the box open. Now, I wish I had kept it intact so that in case I want to switch out, I can save it in its original state as part of my "collection". I actually wrote DAS asking if they could send me just the box for free (they said no, of course). Am I alone in this?

It might be some residual OCD from collecting comic books as a kid and being finicky about the condition of my comics and whether or not they were in mint or near mint condition. It makes me want to sell my DAS just so I can buy a new one with its box. Please tell me I'm not crazy and that this is normal for keyboard afficionados. :P

P.S. I've decided--I will sell my DAS, if anyone is interested (it's about three months old).

Aw, thanks anyway, cactux. Where are you from and how do you have an extra DAS box (presumably in good condition)?

I usually buy my boxes from Uline.

The standard keyboard box which should fit pretty much any modern keyboard:

And, when you need some extra space:
