You have to buy it with a keyboard and will cost you 120gbp more.

Kind of a shame as that is 2x the price it is offered here. http://www.diatec.co.jp/shop/kobo/ They rang from Here for the whole keyboard it cost between 116-135gbp, around 23gbp more than the normal model.

I like thekeyboardco as a company, they are very good. But nearly 2x the price, and the casing costing 4x the price? how can that be justified? Chime in Bruce if you want too, you may have a good reason.

EDIT: from what I can see/tell I think you only get half the case (top half). Would ring them again but he sounded quite pissy when I rang them the first time.

I'm more interested in what they are doing with the cases they are removing .

I think it seems like a big con. 120gbp for having a bit of paint on your case (I rang them up and asked if they where painted, moulded/dyed or metal/wood).

They mostly look awful on the japanese site.

You can't buy one separately.
You don't get the original fascia with the keyboard even if you want it.
You'll have to pay 100-ish £ for one.
The material is still plastic.
They don't look very good.

That's a high price tag. 20 GBP and the possibility of buying them separately would be more realisitic.
