Interesting pages

As I comb the web looking for things, I frequently find interesting pages related to keyboards. I am not wiki savvy, so I will post them in this thread as I come across them. Maybe someone will want to add them in an appropriate spot.
First up is a text page that describes how to use the same keyboard with different layouts, or different keyboards with one layout, regardless of the caps and intended layout. Written for Emacs, maybe?

Wow, this was written by a person who lives inside Emacs, should be used with this built-in package:
