7bit-san,
Now that Round 5 is getting sorted, does this mean Round 5a is coming up next production wise? Any sort of ETA on that end?

I wonder how much Granite will throw them off... I've heard they already had trouble with round 2 and this time it's 8 times as big

I was thinking this morning that I might like to organize a group buy at some point. Not sure what yet, though. But I was thinking that if I do so, I would like to take a trip to the factory (in northern Washington state - a couple of miles/kilometers south of the Canadian border) to put some names to faces. Sometimes that helps.

I assume you mean http://www.ebay.com/itm/111646218546 . Who won it? I would need to work with them to get the color calibration right!

Well, if someone has a Signature Plastics color ring to lend me, please send me a PM.
I wonder if the actual colors are online in some meaningful way? As in, does someone here have access to a fully color calibrated workflow? I have a color calibration puck for my monitor but that's about it. To digitize the color ring meaningfully I think a good tool would be a color calibrated flatbed scanner. I guess if nothing else I could scan it with some known quantities (a couple of Pantone swatches) to get the color just right.
Though, Mrs. XMIT says no more new projects until the shelves of keyboards are empty!

There must be a color sample ring floating around.
Muirium, did you throw it into the surprise box?
BTW:
I'm sorting the HONEY/ALPHAUK kit in a few minutes!

It depends on how popular the keys are. Also, I'm pretty sure that the SPACE keys are all convex, so therefore a totally different mold.

That looks great. I love how deep the keys are. Are deep dish keys specific to the letters they're commonly offered as or can any letter be deep dish?XMIT wrote: ↑I assume you mean http://www.ebay.com/itm/111646218546 . Who won it? I would need to work with them to get the color calibration right!

Little question, i hope it hasn't been already asked.
The USD / euro rate is really not attractive for europeans at the moment.
I guess that you paid SP a long time ago when it was more profitable. (i may be wrong)
Shouldn't we enjoy a little discount when we pay in euros for leftovers ( best way to add more leftovers...)?

It doesn't look too bad.
The payment for shipping and customs fees had been done from the US collector, to avoid the bad exchange rate.Ichigo87 wrote: ↑Little question, i hope it hasn't been already asked.

7bit you sly devil you. The kits I'm after would be (with the current amount of orders in brackets):
HONEYB/TKL (4 orders)
HONEYB/NUMNUM/WHITE (2 orders, and 2 NUMPAD - same keys)
HONEYB/ESCAPE/RED (41 orders)
HONEYB/ISO/BLUE (18 orders)
I'm guessing there'd be nothing to worry about with the red escape key and blue iso, but what about the TKL kit and numberpad keys, would they definitely be made?
