[COMPLETE] Europe Teensy GB - Shipping January 2015

Anyone after some Teensies?
http://www.pjrc.com/teensy/index.html
I'm thinking of ordering up a few, due to sneak on over late this month. I ought to be able to sell them for less than the usual price in Europe, if all goes well. How about this:
Teensy 2: 15 Euro each
Teensy 2++: 22 Euro each
Teensy 3.1: 18 Euro each
I'd also accept GBP, naturally. EU shipping from here in Britain is 4 Euros for a bubble mailer with a few Teensies in it. Could probably ship up to 5 for that price, I'm guessing. UK shipping is about 1 Pound instead.
If you're interested, post here or PM me. I need to wrap things up in a week or so. Don't want to miss the boat! SEPA is no good here outside the Eurozone (boo!) so I'd have to take PayPal only. I aim to ship these right at the end of the month.

fixed that for you!
Wait!

Good point! Thanks man.

Choices, choices... I'll likely buy a few, but I haven't decided how many of each...
Shipping would be to Europe of course.
Also, I thought Great Britain joined the SEPA? Or are banks still delaying things?

Hmm... could I have a 2 and a 2++ please?

Noted, Facet. What have you got in mind with them, I wonder?
@JBert: SEPA works, but my bank charges something like 30 Euros per "foreign" transaction! Doesn't really work outside the Eurozone.

Can confirm, have to pay €9 per currency conversion.
Anyhow, when do you close orders?

Probably best to place my order this weekend. Maybe a little later. But the week after that and we're in real danger of missing the connection… (how else do you think I'm avoiding the you know what?)

μ I will most likely be in for 2x2 and 1x2++, but I'll be able to confirm towards the end of the week!

Noted. Cheers!

If I only had some money left.

Don't tempt me to arrange a trade!
By the way: the Teensies with pins preinstalled are $3 (€2.50) extra. I'm ordering a few of those myself because I'm lazy and they come nice and straight, which I can't say for my own handiwork!

I'm closing this at the weekend. All aboard!

In that case add 2 Teensies (the regular 2.0 kind) and a 3.1, please!

Aye aye.

Final orders gentlemen, please.
I'll be putting my order together later today, and getting in touch about payment. Time to get some tasty Teensies, American style!

So I'm no jdcarpe (who ordered 100+ for a dollar unit discount) but that's still a good chunk of Teensies if you ask me!

what a shame missing such threads!

Yup.

Teensies aren't terribly cost-efficient anyways. As an alternative you can check out the $5 Arduino Pro Micro's (same chip) on aliexpress. The bulk (lot 10) price goes as low as $4.4. Free shipping.
They even come with pins as well.

The clones are good for converters. I used a few myself. But all the custom keyboard PCBs are designed for Teensies (like HyperMicro), which have a different footprint. Also: Pro Micros are harder to learn. I'm lazy, and prefer Teensies all round!

Dependent on where you live, these German resellers might be interesting (although shipping might kill it if you're outside Germany):
Watterott electronics (they're out of stock on the variants without pins atm.)

Shipping's the thing. The cheapest I found for Scotland in 2013 was Floris. But he put his prices up quite a bit since then.

Yes, definitely. These shops all have more or less a flat price for shipping, which is just overpriced for something as teensy as a Teensy.

I just now found that
https://www.sparkfun.com/ has a similar price, 15$ + shipping that could be as low as ~4$

I guess you are on the other side of the big blue sea?

Gotta be! For you guys, getting Teensies is cheap and easy any which way you do it. For us though…
$16. Plus international shipping, and customs:
SparkFun’s International Economy Shipping option, also known as FedEx International Mail Service (FIMS), is carried by FedEx to your country, then handed off to the local postal service for delivery with standard mail
In Britain, customs is 20% on every parcel worth £15 or more (shipping included!) with an £8 minimum processing fee. So I could easily spend twice on a Teensy as you! And wait for weeks in the process. Don't know about you, but I'd rather just have the second Teensy!
