Actually the caps are pretty nice. The rest is "mediocre". :evilgeek: OK thanks ba7777.

ANYONE who has one of these can trade 1:1 (for both of mine!):

How about an F107 instead of that rubbish F77 seebart?

Well an F107 is nice, but you'd have to throw in something more...of course the F77 is ridiculously rare. I'd take a F62 also if I have to. ;)

How much is a Northgate Omnikey 102 with Gold Label Blue Alps worth?

Blue Alps seem to be one of those things for which there is no consistent, transparent market price. It's worth what it will go for, like a 66-key beam spring.

Yes, based on recent ebay listings though, I'd say definitely no more $200, perhaps around the $130-160 range.

Depends quite a bit on the condition. What's it like?

It might take a while but I bet you could get $200+ for it on ebay if you take good photos and write a good description.

Was thinking to put it on ebay too but I don't have an account with ratings so it might be hard :/

If it was those $22 ones on ebay last week, they were browns and not complete.

Ooh i skipped over the "white Cherry". Probably a decent bit more, but still not much. The 8113 I bought was complete with all caps and Brown switches.

AEK II w/Mistumi switches, caps/case in great condition, very little yellowing, primarily on spacebar

Lexmark/IBM M4 NIB

Dolch Inet Turbo-7 keyboard w/old MX Blues; tried to get it connecting to my computers but wouldn't respond, possibly XT protocol? Yellowing on J key and spacebar, everything else appears to be in good order, except for a deep scratcch on the back of the case.

Except that is not just a keyboard, it is a computer. The keyboatd is not detachable. Not sure you would like the feel.

It looks exactly like the keyboard from the computer in the picture., every key is identical but it's a seperate component. It doesn't include the housing.

Hello, I'm wondering what the following is worth?

Cherry WoB doubleshot keycaps, ISO-UK, misaligned capslock and space bar. Legends faded to a creamy colour, few keys are shiny.

IBM Model M SSK in excellent condition (rivets etc). Has a set of unusual industrial keycaps.

Could you post a pic of the Cherry keycaps? There are a bunch of different WoB sets, and the value will depend on which particular one you have.

Picture of the caps on my Filco.

Capslock and space bar; neither will fit without stem modification.

I would estimate it's worth about £30, but as I said in PM I'm interested in buying it. Would be great if someone else could chip in with a price!

Do you have a picture of the SSK too? Those "industrial" keycaps will certainly affect the price.

Guys, what would you estimate can be got for a 1991 screw-modded model M? It comes with one-piece keycaps and has an oval grey-on-white badge and white barrel frame? However, it is missing an SDL cable.

I just sold a non-bolt modded 91 SSK for $225 with cable. You should be able to get at least $30-50 more than that for the mod. Even though you're missing an SDL cable they're easy enough to find.

Probably around $100-110, with SDL cable and a bit of patience, if you going the eBay route. However, based on my observations it tends to be much harder to sell Model Ms sans cable. You might as well try to find one so you have a complete package.

What would a NIB Ducky Mini YOTH MX-Blue ISO DE be worth? I've typed on it for like 5 hours. :)

Thanks. I have a controller and non-detachable cable from another model M, so I'll probably throw in those as well.

If you typed on it it's not NIB.
NIB = New in box. The box should be unopened and the article untouched (new!) and possibly still wrapped in plastic.
What you describe is called "like new", open box or B-Stock.

I think you should return to the seller if you barely used it.

Because 2nd hand price needs to be a good bit lower than retail, to give the buyer a reason to buy from you instead of brand new, from a trusted reseller, with return option and warranty.

As far as I know the difference between YOTH and regular Ducky Mini are the solid aluminum case, the unique serial number and the keycap printing.
That is a 30€ price premium between the two, and not every buyer is looking for a heavier and more expensive mini keyboard.

http://geizhals.de/?cat=kb&asd=on&asuch ... %20mx-blue

I say start at 150€ maximum and cross your fingers that someone is actually looking for the YOTH edition.
Because if not, 150 for a brand new standard Ducky Mini is a better deal.
Maybe try Mechmarket or eBay for maximum visibility.

And don't be sad if you have to let it go at 130 or less, because a lot of people on mechanical keyboard communities know their shit and know what stuff is really worth. That's the thing about limited editions, they are almost never worth it. I would never buy a Ducky Mini at 180€, aluminum or not, if I can build a fully programmable mechanical 60% at just over 100€.
