Hello, selling this M122 Terminal 1991. It has less than 10 missing rivets when I checked it(haven't typed or used it much) and only 5 missing caps with all the keys present. German Terminal layout, and of course it's a buckling spring. Also comes with a QMK converter based on a Pro Micro. Every key works, I am typing out this post on it.

Is 1991-08-22 the actual date code? Do they not change the copyright date on these?

1991-08-22 is the relevant date because its the production date for that particular keyboard.
