Bumping this because I also now want a Northgate OmniKey... I got my NEC PC-8801 keycaps in the mail and I want to pair them with something special.

Possibly a 102 or Ultra, mainly because I want to keep a standard nav cluster. I will consider anything though!

I kinda messed up the last reply (forgot to quote, and looks like editing didn't work, oops). But I am looking mainly for a 102 or Ultra, mainly because I want to keep a standard nav cluster. I will consider any model though!

I have a pretty good AEK I with orange Alps. But I see you're in America, so I'd better pipe down. I've honestly no idea how expensive it would be now to ship a sizeable keyboard out of Brexitania.

I do. It's ANSI US, bought in Texas from the legendary Cindy at Elecplus. If you're relatively near Edinburgh you can even save on shipping if you like.

Edit: Seeing what you're saying in the other thread, I could bring my Realforce and Model F along if we meet up. Neither is for sale! But that'll get you up to speed.

Bloody hell, you're only up the road! I'm from very near there, but I've been in Glasgow for a bit over a decade. (Which is more than enough Glasgow, if you ask me.)

Ordinarily, yes, I'd be very keen to take you up on that suggestion and meet somewhere so you could make me hate you for owning the Kish and see what the Realforce is all about. As it stands, though, I think atm we'd technically need to meet outdoors (what with one thing and another... hello to Jason). Which in Scotland is unlikely to end well if you pull expensive keyboards out, because weather is a thing. But do throw me a PM about that AEK!

I did actually show off my Kish from the car's boot in Glesga once before. Couple of years ago, to Phinix who's a fellow denizen of yours. He knew I'd drive him down if he tried to run off with it. An OG Kishsaver is the board you'd do that for. It would come out of the collision better than him.
