Dell is G81 3002 HAD, caps is SAT.

All I know is that BSP is the company who possess the original Cherry moulds and tooling used to produce their PBT dyesub keysets, which seems to be considered the best dyesub keycaps you can get.
It seems BSP is not actively doing any keycap related stuff for the enthusiast market anymore though.

Does anyone know why ? Considering how much the market has grown, someone should start bugging them
