Managed to obtain one of these today and it looks very clean and the switches feel almost new! Will definitely be coming up on my channel with a sound test.

Any advice on the best way to get the cable working with USB or PS2?

I believe there's an adapter for it. I'm sure someone can provide some clarification. The almighty keeb god does not know?

it should just be normal AT, so a passive AT to PS2 adapter should do the trick.
