Forgotten about this one...

Shame it's got staggered columns.

I think we should have a "keyboards in movies" thread! We already have some examples here: http://deskthority.net/keyboards-f2/mod ... -t652.html

And a nice layout, thumbbuttons, and great colour alt (on black); resembles a ricercar, but what is the productnumber?
Aha, one lead, resembles elbowglue... but three (mouse?) thumbbuttons is so much better.......
*edit, pretty sure it's lmb/trackball/rmb... :(

It's a keyboard for Avid/Final Cut/After Effects or some other editing software. Most probably rubber domes.

EDIT: Should be this one (Avid)

I have that keyboard :D.
Uses Scantlin switches, runs on AC power, and has an awesome connector.
Oh, and the switch is heavy, tactile and clicky :D.

The first black Kinesis — painted that way by the prop department.

So, if you want Kinesis to produce a split contoured model, all you have to do is cut an Advantage in half and use it as a prop in a hit movie.

HaaTa is my vintage switch hero.
We should get him an assistant who can turn all those switches into nifty 3D models for animations.

There is a silver-coloured Kinesis in Contact, which is from the same year as Men In Black. There is also a second one, but I can't remember if it is white or black.
And ... there is a Datahand.

I approve of this motion :D
Perhaps having someone around to model the switches, would get me to post my latest acquisitions faster...

Regardless, I could use an assistant for a lot of things...many keyboard related
Position(s) come with benefits; negotiable of course. I'm completely serious, my TODO list is enormous.
