Peacock G81-1109HAG Frankenstein

Originally this was a G81-1109HAG with old MY black switches and UK doubleshots which I foolishly sold.
I swapped the guts with G80-1000LFADE which was modded to MX black and received a new IBM-like coiled cable in the process. The keyboard was already discussed
here.
What's interesting about the case is the logo which is more like the original Peacock logo found on their oldest PCs. Also pay attention to the shot of the bottom - it has nonstandard feet!

I am taking good care of them, they've got a good home, and I love them to bits!

We'll you'll have a [Cherry G80-1306HAD/01 / G80-3300] board on it's way soon/nextweek as a replacement project, so everything will balance out eventually
I'm actually tempted by the sticker on that board for my g80-3000 olivetti case
I'd be tempted by the case, but I know my workmates would tease me for having Pea 'COCK' on my keyboard...

haha yea I couldn't figure out why they decided to use 'capital' C in the middle. Is there such a thing as a pea cock?

It's a font that you see used by sports teams also. Some sporty guys use anabolic steroids. If you too much steroids, eventually some things turn pea-sized ...
I'm just grasping for straws here ...

That floor's better than the 4 DIY one's I've laid. Very nice. (I have an idea for similar photos now)
Love the shumi board, hate the driver lol.

To be honest, didn't think it would turn out so beautiful
Ah, the house we live in was built in the 1930's. Not sure if the floor is as old as the house but it does look great
