Marquardt Military Keyboard 7069.3111 - Some quick photos

Hi,

I recently acquired a Marquardt Military Keyboard 7069.3111 with Marquardt two finger switches and doubleshot keycaps (probably made by SP). Here I have some quick and (litteraly) dirty pics of it. I wasn't quite in the mood to clean this thing and take proper pictures, I will do that later. Some photos are out of focus, I'm sorry for that.

The switches feel quite nice, a bit scratchier than vintage blacks and also a bit heavier. Directly before bottom out there is a slight drop in the force, but else they are linear switches. The switches sound quite nice due to the solid aluminium housing and the mounting plate.

The keycaps are in very good condition, almost no wear. The 1u Alt keycap is a green doubleshot. Only the keycaps of A, H, K and L are a bit yellowed. All the other key looks fine to me.

The case is solid aluminium and the parts are hold together with many, many screws.

Best part is the proprietary connector can be split to two ps2 plugs very easily. Solder on the new plugs and you can use it pretty much immediately.

Yeah? I did quite a bit of research and I didn't find the pinout from the trackball to Ps/2. Could you please tell me, which pins of the connector I need to connecct to Ps/2 to make the trackball work?

Yes, but there is only the Pinout for the keyboard part. The trackball part is marked there as serial connection.
Or could I use the same Clock and +5V line for the trackball as for the keyboard and just use the mouse data line instead of the keyboard data line?

Unfortunately, the work that had been done a while back by a german member of Geekhack seems to have vanished in the constant suck of geekhack. I will keep searching, I might have saved the data somewhere and I am having trouble remembering his name. I sold him a couple things, but this was in my early days at Geekhack.
