New Guy with Wire Question

This might sound dumb, but it also might make good talk. But...ummm...what wire do people usually use to make a "PCB-less" keyboard? Like the gauge, the volts, the anything. Maybe some Amazon links would be good. Even just telling me your opinions on this type of thing would be nice.
,Thanks

It is 5V or 3V and relatively low-frequency signals and not much load, so I don't think the gauge matters that much. Just get some general purpose wire.
Many builders use ribbon cables where they can to make things a bit more organized. You could cut between the individual wires to divide them into single wires at the ends.
