Compatibility Problem: ATmega 32U4 with Renesas USB 3.0

Because Arduino clones are very cheap, I planned to use an Arduino with an ATmega 32U4 for my keyboard project. I already bought an Arduino Pro Micro. My Problem is, that the the following combinition does not work together:
I wonder if buying another Arduino or a Teensy would solve the problem or if it is ATmega 32U4 related. Is there anybody with Windows 7 and a Renesas µPD720200A who could check if a Teensy or Arduino Leonardo/Micro connects on that port? Most Sandy Bridge Notebooks and PCIe USB 3.0 Cards use that Controller.
You can check the Controller by using HWInfo (Download) and navigate to your USB 3.0 Controller:
Thanks in advance
