Hi! How are those blind keycaps called, which cover the switch, beeing flat, without any function? And does someone know where to buy them (in Europe)?

Do you mean something like
this?
These can be found on some Access POS keyboards. I would love to have some of these covers, too, but I don't know a good source for them neither.

The funny thing is, I found them some weeks ago in a small shop, but neither remember the name of the shop, nor how they were called, was ist "blind plate"?, "cover blanks"?, something like that ...

If you are searching for flat keys, you can find them in the Signature Plastic shop
http://keyshop.pimpmykeyboard.com/product/flat-keys
But I don't know if you can find them in Europe.

For what I see these flat keycaps aren't really flat. They are flat in comparision to other keycaps, but not as flat as beeing on level with the keyboard frame. That is what I'm looking for.

These are the ones I’m looking for, does someone know who produces and sells them?

There are Tipro blanking keycaps:

which however are not flat. They are in fact exactly the same height as a MID keycap without its cover.
Old pic of mine, the non-labelled caps are blanking keycaps:

I have a few (light grey and perhaps also beige) if you're interested.

Are you sure? On the pic I've posted the top of the flats reaches not beyond the bottom rim of the normal keycaps. On your pic they do, that means I would guess both are of different profile.

That is exactly what I had written:

Is it that difficult to understand?

PI used to sell them on their website, but apparently now you need to call them to get them:
http://xkeys.com/accessories/Keycaps.php (towards the bottom). They push the stem in, and latch on to the switch sides.
