Bit pricey if you ask me
I agree. At least this one has all the keycaps.

That's true, this is a decent price these days :/

Looks like they'll consider $375 or so with the best offer.

How do you know how much they will accept for the best offer? I thought if you made an offer and they accept it, you are legally obligated to buy it.

By contacting the seller and asking them what they'd accept.

Also, one can retract the a wining offer. The practice is quite rampant ....

I put in a low offer of $20 and before I submit ebay says "the seller will be more likely to accept the offer if it's at least ____" if I submit the offer and it's autorejected by ebay it gives me an idea that they have a limit of somewhere around there. I'd take what I'm saying with a grain of salt of course but I've found it gives me a better idea of the sellers expectations before making an offer, so I figured I'd include it in case it helps someone get a better deal :)

And it's sooooold for $425 plus $50 shipping! Haha crazy man! I'm all for the battleships, honestly I am, but I ain't never gonna own one if it keeps going like this.

One really really has to have a need for 122 keys to invest that much in a Model F. Some have been going for over $500 to nearly a thousand lately. Like, holy smokes.

I mean, I understand, I spent that kind of money on a 4704 but it's a 4704, and with that comes a bit more than just extra keys. This is a 122 key terminal F. Just buy a Model M for literally $50, internet! It's not worth the extra money.

Decent price for a nice middle-era Omnikey 102. Would be more compelling if I hadn't just consumed my spare Black Heart PCB. :)

I think you might be thinking of the industrial XT style keyboard.

This model is pictured in this thread and it seems to have the normal barrel plate. I recall reading somewhere that it had BS but I can't find where it says that explicitly though. I'm sure JP! would be able to confirm :)

It's from 1989 or slightly earlier: http://www.cvxmelody.net/1989_Buyers_Gu ... R_text.htm (I highly recommend getting the PDF from this website. It's a great read!)
This laptop weighs 7.5kg and features two floppy disk drives, 640k of RAM, 10MHz clock speed and 84-key keyboard.
NEC V20] 8088-clone processor. Originally $3275.
Imagine: an 8088 compatible machine in 1989. 80386s were already available.

Anyhow, one of the Halikan suppliers listed in the index is Nan Tan Computer (NTC). So, a bunch of different switches are possible, including Mitsumi, as juspek said.

The Marquardt is a really interesting one. I don't think I've seen one for sale in the year or two I've been doing the vintage keyboard thing.

The NMB? I'll come out and say that I'll sell you mine that has prettier keys, but isn't NOS, for an awful lot less than $173 :D. I'd be interested to see if it has the same Space Invaders grey switches as mine, tho.

Good thing is these keyboards hold their value, if not sky rocket so we can always get back what we put in to them.
