Seems silly, but would you be interested in a board with Orange alps? They're even quieter than black alps, almost like cherry mx black

Trent,

Thanx for the offer, but I already got a batch of orange alps recently :-)

Lol - haven't clicked on Mrinterface video in a while. Feel free to steal my pics. Webwit can help with removing watermarks.

Great intro.

My desoldering Radio Shack pump stinks. I should get one of those. Brand? Product Link?

Update : I am waiting for two more keyboards. The ALPS white complicated and simplified. There is much debate about the differences of the two, so I just think the sinklists and switch try bags won't be complete without them.

These switches are going in the switch try bags.
1. Europe
2. CONUS
3. Rest of the world

This project is getting bigger/better by the minute.

The switch try bags have 31(!) different switches. 7 keycaps with different lettering/material and 5 different extra goodies ( o-rings, dampeners, cherry stabilizer stem ) and to top it off a Filco Keypuller

Impressive stack, I should get my name on the list to take some close up pics of ones that I only have fuzzy Internet shots of.

I suggest a little pic guide go with the switches so the switches get identified correctly when people comment on them.

New sinklist items coming up in 2012!

I can verify Rip Ripster works fine with customs.

I once transhipped Webwit a keyboard with Aunty Ripster and cute animal stickers on the box along with the deflated keyboard gift value on the form and a note in the box saying, "For Your Birthday, Nephew - Aunty Ripster".

UPDATE:

All try before you buy items will be shipped with a so called 'Surprise Bag' inside.

I'll fill them with something nice for the first ones to receive the items. If you receive one, I ask you to fill it with something the next in line would appreciate. It doesn't have to be big or expensive, just something nice and preferably keyboard related.
