about the G80-2100... it has blacks, "super blacks" are just on few keys: cherry, layer, scroll lock if I remember correctly.

I don't know about that, you probably need some luck 
Is there any reason why you want the doubleshot keycaps with the keyboard? If you like you could take a cherry keyboard like that one with lasered PBTs and replace the caps with either cherry doubleshots or SP doubleshots from the group buys.

The doubleshots are the ones that are ABS. The standard lasered keys are PBT. Not sure about the dye sub ones, not that I've ever seen any.
