welcome to the club ... it's called pinging ... even boards with higher price have this issue.
pretty much every board with a metal plate has this issue to some extent.
but pinging with just nocking on the case is bad - I had this in the past with another board.

lately boards w/ MX Browns or Clears are mostly reported to have this problem. I think users mainly expect this boards to be silent versus the boards with MX Blues.

I'm currently on a board w/ MX Brown with 5-6 keys pinging - more or less - depending on my typing style.

here and/or geekhack are many recommendations like:
- using a softer underground
- lubing
- installing a damper matt inside
- learn to type
