Not only do you have two days of awesome exhibits, talks, and lots of old computers (and keyboards), but there's also going to be a keyboard-specific meeting on the first day.

Some Atlanta ppl will be very happy. I contacted one of the sponsors and he is going to see about picking up the kbds from the Atlanta warehouse that I set aside last year. NIB green Alps and other things.

He has no more model Fs, sorry. Actually, he has 1/2 gaylord of F122s but they are lost somewhere in the warehouse. Next time I go down, I will seek them out.

Hah! I'm happy to trawl his yard for them some on Saturday if you want. My local recycler is southernresources.com and they're good peoples too.

Damn, I would love to come to this but it's like an 8 hour drive one way
still tempting though but I dont think it's gonna happen on such short notice

That's a loooong drive, I used to drive from D.C. to Miami down i95to see my folks, usually took me over one day.

Yeah even if I still lived in KY it would still be too far (about 6 hours) for me.

Yeah you would be better off flying and renting a car from the airport. It's at least 8 hours for me.

I wouldn't have a problem driving 6 hours, but I still wouldn't want to drive that far just for a keyboard meetup. I doubt I'll even make it to the one in Cambridge which is only 20 minutes from my place.

Me too, but lot_lizard's project vacuumed up a big portion of the supply.
I went to the event last year but it was pretty under-whelming, keyboard-wise.
