Still looking for a Portuguese «» keycap (Cherry MX mount), now lasered would also be OK.

I dug out the set to check the printing and is missing a key. That key. Sorry.
The best i can do now would be to get you that key from a BTC5149.

Not quite sure if you mean you can take it from a BTC and insert it in your set as a replacement?
I am interested just in that one keycap indeed, a pity it is missing from your set

I was thinking getting an entire set from the BTC. Their keys are light gray and my set is more darker. There are some on sale and could be a alternative to get that key.

I'm not sure buying a keyboard (or a complete keycap set, for that matter) just for the key is worth it. I am currently using a relegendable keycap and just simply wish I had a "real" keycap
