Yup, that's right. I won the auction, but unfortunately both keyboards were non-functional. So I had to harvest two controller ICs and one shift register from other keyboards. In addition to that, on one keyboard 6 swicthes were broken, so I replaced them with authentic vintage blacks.
I thought about offering the keyboards for a more moderate price as non-functional, but I really don't like that.
The buyer and I negotiated a way lower price in the end.

But I can understand that it looks bad on my part. :-?

It rests in my ever growing parts bin/casket. You never know when you need something off an old board 😢

Bump!

Original buyer vanished and hasn't been online since we talked. Added some Alps keys - I used them for repairs, but haven't had a broken Alps white in years.

Care to remove a keycap from the Tulip board and take a close shot of the switch for illustration purposes? Also, is that an AT or a PS/2 connector? And I presume the keycaps are NOT double-shot, are they. TIA and GLWS.
