ConTec Mechanical Keyboard switchable XT/AT with beautifully crisp Omron B3G-S switches. Top row are smaller linear Omron switches (see photo). DIN connector, can also provide PS/2 adaptor, if requested. Keycaps are most likely dye sub printed.
Keyboard just needs a little bit of cleaning and is good to go.
