Chicony 5191/5192 keycaps and cable

Dear All. I am new here. Greetz to All! I thought in the early nineties, that clicky loud switch keyboards aren't nice. And now I changed my mind
So now I have about ten of them in different condition. Most of them are Chicony 5191/5192 and Nan Tan / NTC 6251/6252, maybe some other, I did not checked all of them, because I have also many rubber dome keyboards, not checked yet. At the moment I am restoring my first 486 DX2 66, so I did not checked all of the keyboards. I'll do it when the 486 will run. I want to restore as many of them as possible. So in some of them are missing keys, or cut cable. So my question here is about the Chicony 5191/5192:
1. These have two different types of switches - mitsumi mini MMM as far as I know and bigger black with white round crosses. I have seen in yt video from one of you, that you changed the keycaps (there were black keycaps qwerty as I remember) Which type of keycaps will fit these two types of switches. I could imagine, the cherry mx could work, but I know it is not that easy, always, or maybe keycaps here could be easy changed with any cherry mx?
2. Can I swap easily the cable from other din keyboard to this Chicony keyboard?
I am pretty new to the keyboard stuff so please for your understanding.
Please find attached pictures of the switches and keyboards.
Thank you in advance!
