I selected them based on the OG ingredients and specs. Now, I will test each one of them against the OG lube, to find a worthy replacement.

Not only you, I have several boards now that have at least a few swithces, or in case of my chicony, are fully waxmodded. The wax mod works wonderfully.

Chemically, they are different. Paraffin-based does not mean that it's paraffin wax. Chyros has explained it very well, even tho his attempt at waxing was admitedly half-assed at best, his chemical explaination was good ...

If you dare take them apart, I'd give wax mod a shot with only a few keys at start.
