They are extremely light. I make a lot of mistakes while typing by just brushing my fingers along the caps, so I would advise either setting the actuation point deeper, so going for some stiffer springs. Other than that, and the lack of a numpad, it types very nicely :) . Thanks, I'll give it a go!...

That was nice timing - been considering the Wooting this weekend. Beyond it's smoothness, how does it feel for typing alone? Currently using a Novatouch, but getting a wee bit tired of the rattle, and I've gotten allergic to the ping from my MX Blue (but otherwise like both of them for entirely diff...

I've been lurking around for a Novatouch for a long time, but always wanted a different case - so this sound like something right up my alley! Will you have any preliminary renders to show? Would love a case with a cleaner aesthetic than the current plastic one (i.e. get rid of those 45 degree angle...

I'm in Norway. There's probably some way of getting the UK VAT back when it's for export, but I'm guessing that would require lots of paper work, which probably doesn't make much sense for something like this (and possibly might only be possible if you're a business). The other option is to mark it ...

GBP 69 for a bare TKL seems a pretty great price! For those of us in Europe, but not in the EU - is there any way to avoid having to pay double VAT (first in the UK, and then in country of destination)?

Give AutoHotKey a go. It's very easy to set up key combinations. To assign i.e. ñ to AltGr+N open up a text editor, type in: ^!n:: Send ñ Save it as an .ahk file and double-click on it (after you've installed AutoHotKey). What Muirium suggests is also available, but only on the on-screen keyboard wh...

I might be completely wrong, but isn't postbox a rebranded thunderbird? It is based on Thunderbird - true, but if the interface is to your liking it's certainly not a waste of money. What email client you people use? I'd like something slim, fast and able to handle multiple accounts. Mailbird is very nice but it doesn't have an unified inbox. Thunderbird is a hog, anchored to 1995 concept of email :P Postbox is pretty decent. Been using it for the last 4 years or so after switc...

I've got one MX Brown keyboard, and one blue - and the dilemmas you state still persist. I enjoy far more to type on the blue, but as you said, the noise makes it less versatile - so the brown remain my main keyboard for now. If I'm in a video conference, I can type almost silently on the browns if ...

Is INTER/RED seeing any improvement?
Been holding out till the end to see if the price would improve, but at USD85 for red alphas (ALPHAINT/RED + INTER/RED) I think I'll bail out on that one.

Could always jump over to black, but that's looking even worse : )

- The 1.5 units *' key has been added because someone wanted it a very long time ago. I can throw it out if nobody uses DK, SE or NO layout on an ANSI-keyboard. I thought that was a brilliant move, didn't expect to be able to do Norwegian layout (apart from <>) on an ANSI board. I'd say, leave it in.

Just to reconfirm, best case scenario (if we reach 50+ orders), the ISO kit alone would end up at around $100 right? I'd say that would be acceptable, even if it's a bit on the expensive side.
Optimally you might want to split them in two or something? But again, like you say, perhaps that will be just as expensive since we won't get enough volume.

Looks very nice - and the numpad seems to have dimensions that would make it fit nicely with normal TKL. Seems they went with a glossy surface on the numpad though, vs. the matte on the keyboard... but maybe that's a nice contrast.
