Recommendations for good, not to expensive wireless mouse for Windows?
I am looking for a new Windows mouse for my work PC, I cannot install drivers as it is locked. I would like it to be wireless and one I can use left hand or right hand. I am looking at this Microsoft Touch Mouse but I cannot find if the scroll will work without drivers. What else would Deskthority u...

But I think the Marketplace should be restricted to registered forum users for another reason: It would prevent dishonest sellers on other sites from casually stealing images from here, images that unlike other images on the site are meant to be temporary and therefore would be hard to trace back h...

Ducky Secret Full PBT mouse. Nuff said I like very much the look of this mouse. Unfortunately it is sculpted to be usable by a right hand. I injured my right hand and now have to use an vertical mouse or use a regular mouse in my left hand. If they made a left hand version of this Ducky Secret I wo...
Hello ShivaYash. Thank you for sharing your experiences of the Bluetooth HHKB. I am very interested in this keyboard. I enjoy this layout and I am happy to have it available in a wireless form. Would you be able to share more photos of this keyboard in use? It is hard to find lots of user photos of ...

Declaring the goods as gift saves indeed customs - however, I am worried that if the parcel gets lost I am not insured at all. (or am I wrong and I can mark as gift + get it insured?) That's actually a perfect recipe to get it stuck in Customs ... in my experience. I would agree with this. If you d...

I think that there are many benefits to cash. One of these is that you are harder to track if you pay cash. Even if you do nothing wrong, it is good to have the option not to leave a trail every time. I think it is important for a society for people to be able to carry out their daily lives privatel...

Thank you for your considered and thorough reply. I have read the listing more carefully and I see what you are referring to. I do not know if these spacebars are ABS or PBT. It is impossible to be sure. That review changes my mind on this. I think I will avoid PBT spacebars from now on. I am happy ...

Thanks for the reply and suggestions. I had not thought of using rubber pads intended for furniture. I will try this.
A colleague at work also suggested I could make my own using something called Sugru. This seems an expensive and error prone way to make feet.

Replacements for HHKB Spacebar
I have ordered a white HHKB. I do not have spare white spacebars. I have some spare black ones. I cannot see spare official white spacebars anywhere. If you know where I can get them, please tell me. On eBay I see there are PBT spacebars . I know these are not real PFU made spacebars. Has anyone her...

Can Dell AT102W Be Converted to ANSI or UNIX Layout?
I have been given a black Dell AT102W keyboard. It is in UK ISO layout. It has the tall enter key and other ISO layout. Is it possible to convert this to ANSI or UNIX layout? If possible I would like to change the layout to be more like HHKB layout. I would like the delete above enter and split key ...

Which Material to Replace Rubber Feet on Keyboard?
A friend of mine has an old Apple Extended Keyboard. She likes this keyboard very much. Two of the feet on the bottom have fallen off. They are long thin strips of rubber about 2mm by 10mm. They are maybe 1 or 2mm thick. What would be a good material to replace these feet for her? I have not done th...

Of course, I already suspected it would be foam & foil, so I don't know why I was surprised to find capacitive pads. Capacitive or not, it's still F&F, meaning not terribly desirable in most people's eyes. Still, I love the board for the colour scheme and the military history. May I ask why foam an...

The only thing which I now collect is FM3 Buddha Machines. I do not have a complete collection. I have at least one of each kind except for number 4. I do not yet own one of those. You have to be a bit creative in how you ask for it. The key is to ask for the right shift from the Japan 106 set. It only comes in the pebble color. Thank you very much for sharing the photos! I wish modern keyboards came with keycaps that were this easy to clean. Are modern keycaps harder to clean? In the past I have used dishwasher cleaner tablets and warm water to clean caps from a Dell AT101 keyboard. It has ALPS switches. Taking them off was a long process but they cleaned and dried...

I use ThinkPad laptops. I have also owned a MacBook Pro from 2010. I consider the ThinkPad to have the best laptop keyboards on the market. I have used them since I got a T60 preowned. It had a wonderful keyboard. Up to the X220 and T420, they had excellent older style keyboards. All excellent for t...

My own opinions and experiences. Please do not take offence if I say something that disputes anything said in this thread. I injured my hand a few years ago. Not a major injury but a tendon injury. Unicomp Unix Keyboard
I discovered this today. It is shown here.
It has the "Unix" layout that is also used on the HHKB.
Has anyone here got one?
What did you think?
Does it work with regular Windows and Linux PCs?
