I was got those from a 'Xiao Ba Wang'(Clones Nintendo FC but with Keyboard),which made in China of course.
It looks like Alps clone but could not mount to ALPS-Like PCB.
It looks like Tai-Hao Aruz switch,but no branded.

I found some MITSUMI rubber dome,and put on the top of springs .
Feeling tackile and soft.
