Yep, losing money but I wanted to price it so the buyer gets a nice deal. The price is no more than a standard HHKB layout with keycaps and shipping included. So you get a TON of extras and extra keycaps for free (you get all listed caps are TWICE) as well as the single digit serial option. Selling...

New key samples should be here later this week! Hoping for the final few keys to be within tolerance and be approved for production, and for the colors to be correct. If the springs finish production this month, assembly can possibly start next month. Does this mean I have one month left to add any...

it was 151,000 Yen, I bid 150,000 thinking it would end up in the low 100,000s but meh00. wrote: ↑for some reason the last 108uws have gone for absolutely insane numbers, one hit 150,000 yen
if you want a regular 108ug it's best to go to amazon.co.jp instead, they're cheaper there

I believe I was the first to do this mod, not that anyone is keeping track :) Check my post here: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=69394.msg1727558#msg1727558 I do have a couple more original IBM Solenoids if you can't find one otherwise. I think all of the aftermarket ones are too large as the...

Congrats on getting the sexiest Model M ever made, where did you find it / buy it from? As for installing a solenoid you'd need a Model F Xwhatsit controller and the solenoid driver board (send a message to orihalcon I think he has these) and a solenoid - your best bet is to get one from a 3178 blu...

IBM Industrial SSK with Solenoid
Hello there, I've recently got my hands on an IBM Industrial SSK and xWhatsit controller for Model F and Solenoid. However I haven't purchased a Solenoid yet.
