Ah POM, I missed the link to the other site. I'm not sure how much the tooling is going to cost you but I think you can do the slider in a 2-part mould. Is there a specific reason it has to be made out of ABS? Urethane comes in all sorts of grades and hardness's. With ABS you need steel moulds, and they can get very expensive.
