be cautious with the ISO enter stabilizer
Thanks for the tip. I have yet to install the keycaps, and I am puzzled by the black stabilizer that is intended for the ISO enter key: Does the 'ear' end up at a 45° angle to the barrel? It does not seem to fit any other way. The manual threatens you ...

Because the "correct" way is to use the right thumb.
This is correct. There are standards in this world, and using the right thumb is just one of them.

A modern keyboard with my dream switch in it.
I have signed up for the ANSI now and would buy it again in ISO later on, if ISO becomes available.
Thanks for announcing the beamspring keyboard in the Model F August Update email message — People like me would have missed the news otherwise.

There is a point in Neuromancer where the main character is fairly certain that his orders are not being given by his boss, but rather by an artificial intelligence far, far away. In one scene, that AI attempts to talk with him:

I really need an off-center keystem Capslock in SA profile, if possible in black. Sadly.
It's not in black, but I do see an off-center capslock key in the base set of this "Winmix PBT SA keycaps 179 keys" set. Maybe this base set + international set would be of interest to you:

They are in SA uniform R3 profile, made by Signature Plastics for Filco.
The sets are pretty nice and decent, unfortunately only black for ISO-DE.

The keycaps are taller, more rounded and heavier ...

We'll be making the switches available and around when the keyboard launches we'll also have a reference design so people can design custom keyboards. It'll be based around atsam4s (ARM Cortex-M4).
If the ANSI board is a success, would you consider making an ISO board later on?
Congratulations ...
