I've done 3 ergo clear mods now, and have used new springs from brown and red switches with no issues with sticking on any of them. I suspect all reports of the switch not returning are the people raping old terminal boards for the springs.

Good review!

I've only ordered keycap sets from them, but I've had great experience doing business. The spacebar had a blemish in it, and I sent a photo and got one shipped to me in 2 days with an apology email. Awesome service, can't wait to see their MX clear TKL offerings in Q4.

Who honestly likes ambidextrous mice? Your pinky and ring finger are stuck in this horrible clenched position.

Between the two, browns, but the tactility difference isn't that great.

My favorite is the clear, which is like a 7 on the tactility scale while you're debating between a 2 and 4.

When an OEM like Costar makes a board, do they buy the switches themselves? They're the only company I can see possibly buying that many switches at once...

WASD Keyboards to Carry MX Clears and Looking into Ergos.

In my unproductive hunt for an MX Clear board, I had all but given up, having not yet given up my dignity and be seen with a Deck or the money to import a Leopold. Then a glimmer of hope shone in the darkness! An Email!

Looking to subsidize an MX clear board by selling my DAS but I have no idea what to ask for it. MX blues - half of the keycaps are brand new (checkerboarded it) including the space bar. Probably 8 months old.

My first mechanical keyboard, when I was a nub. Blues with o-rings, has been relegated to work duty since getting a Filco.

I got into it way later than the average, it seems. Didn't use a mechanical until I started working at a place with Model M terminals at the cashier, I loved the sound and feel while everyone else hated them. Looked them up, joined GH, bought one myself, and 4 mech's later, still going strong, have ...
