Every time I check in on this project, I am more amazed.

I don't always assume the worst. Quite the opposite in fact. However, this does smell like a shit sandwich.

[WTB - UK/WW] Cycle 7 Parts

I've got a Cycle 7 on the way. However, it's only coming with an aluminium plate and I would like another plate of different material for it. Please reach out if you have one to sell, or know of where I can still purchase one.

I've been AWOL for most of this year. Apart from the unfaltering animosity towards Ellipse, the discussions over DT's future didn't seem to go anywhere.

Mixed feelings.

I welcome Fujitsu wanting to push what a HHKB is forward. However, I use HHKBs because of the key feel. Topre switches in a HHKB chassis is a unique typing experience. I do rate the layout, but given the choice, I would use a full-size. I think my Pro 2s looks excellent, too. But ...

I would say that 45 g Topre will tickle your fancy more than the other weight Topre/Nopre boards if you're coming from MX Browns.

There is a difference between 45 g in a HHKB and Realforce chassis though, as is stated above. Realforce have steel back plates, where as HHKB just have the plastic ...

I'm behind anyone who is passionate about this place, owning it. Whether it's Ellipse or boingball, a noble deed, self-interest, somewhere in between; I'd argue we'd benefit from either.

This keyboard ticks a lot of boxes for me for gaming. But, damn, why do gaming peripheral companies always go overboard with the CYBER AF aesthetic. I will never buy a keyboard for gaming, that looks gamery.
