If you want something in the shape of the M0116, buy one of these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/301862008680 The “made in Taiwan” type have tactile white SMK (“monterey”) switches. The only downside is that the double-shot keycaps they used have stems which are too fat, causing SMK switches to bind. If ...

I thought the orange ALPS had a grey switchplate? My Salmon/Pink ALPS don't have the grey switchplate and I thought that was the difference? Or Since this is such a late Orange ALPS did the switchplate change?

EDIT: Or is that a grey switchplate and I am blind?

My g80-1000 is pretty old and still fells bad... just as bad as my 8113s and 8200s. I'm kinda interested in if any of the other cherry boards feel much significantly better. My g81-3000s feel a bit better but its rubberdome. Do the G80-3000 have a plate and feel better like the g81 version?

I just got a new wang 724 on ebay for cheap. The only thing was it doesn't have a cord. What cord do I need to get for it?

Will post pics tomorrow.

The Black ALPS I have used were on two separate AT101Ws. I pressed the switches a few times to find out which one I thought felt better and I used that one for a day and decided then I dislike black ALPS. That was probably 6+ months ago. From what I remember Black ALPS were very frictiony and barely...

They often sell for $20-40 USD depending on how clean the board is and if it has simplified or complicated ALPS.
