The warranty process for me was to call Kensington, say my Expert Mouse was broken, gave them the serial number from the bottom, and they asked me for an address. I never registered a warranty card, sent a receipt, or anything fancy. I'm not sure if this is how their warranty replacements still work...

SmallFry: oh, the greens look neat, but I'm not sure they offer any advantage over the Model:M in usability for gaming besides the ghosting/nkro issue.
