The keycap which is on the MX brown switch has the left side broken.
Yeah, the switch broke sometime ago, I remember reading a poster say he beefed up the packaging jik.
Still it arrived ...

My review will be mostly subjective, therefore preferences (by needs or constraints) grades will favor a silent switch, w/o tactile bump, and moderately stiff.

Will the Fn layer work during bootup for the usual keys F2 F8 F10 Del etc. ?
Edit: Also can the Fn key be used in AutoHotKey combinations? eg: Ctrl/Alt + Fn + 1/2/3/4

You get so used to the English layout from your daily computer experience that everything seems hard coded into your brain. Most actions I do are out of reflex, click-clack, done! My sw or hw interactivity decreases drastically when switching to anything else ( native language - I'm looking at you ...

I'm not a big fan of upgrading an OS, but kudos to MS nonetheless.

On a side note I am a bit trigger happy on a ChocMini which i can get with roughly under 80€, so if it would take more than 2 months I may go with that or a Leopold :/

Most laser mice prefer a hard mouse pad and do not track so well on soft pads.
I don't really agree with this, I've tested a few laser mice on a variety of cloth pads, comparing Philips v. Avago sensors and different surface textures. The tracking is good in most cases, and I've long ago come to ...
