Nice find, esp. the commodore

What kind of switches are used in the Commodore keyboard? The only ones I've seen show up for sale on eBay.com have been really vintage ones, nothing as clean-looking as Foreign's pictured item.

it is not iso, it's ansi with big enter. I think i could be mechanical, since on 3rd picture i see something black under, it could be plate?

Can you post the vendor/device ID for that one, milankooo1978?

I've tried a few. My main issue with the blue cube is the horrible form factor. The best is a soarerverter, which I've made a few. They're expensive 'cause teensys aren't cheap, though.

So far the issue I mostly have with the few I've ...

I'll have to keep an eye out for a complete Tesla keyboard when I'm next in Slovakia. Even if I couldn't manage to make it work with a modern PC, the sheer cool factor for having a Tesla-branded computer item is off the charts.

I think that keyboards are ultra rare nowadays, maybe you could be ...

TESLA is not russian brand, but ex-Czechoslovakia, most of the factories were in Slovakia actually.
they made home computers and various electronics back in eighties and nineties

There is freely available firmware for building a Teensy-based converted between XT and USB.
XT/AT/PS2/Terminal to USB Converter with NKRO.

That is a mitsumi switch with cherry stem.

Neat, I don't believe I've seen this switch before (but I recall seeing something similar).
Most likely each of those 4 pin plastic boards are an IC (I don't think you can fit the ferrite version in that small of space, though it has enough pins).

Not really sure why it is mounted in the center of ...

I would guess something hall effect based.

Edit: Looks like the HE sensor (or whatever these things are called) is made in 1983
