What's been the typical shipping time to addresses in the US? I'm seeing others in the same batch receiving their switches 7-11 days ago, but they're in the EU.

I'm not in a hurry, just wanted to make sure I hadn't missed a step. Since the bot seemed to respond automatically with an updated invoice when I first ordered and when I added my address, I was worried that I made a mistake in syntax or timing with the PAYPAL message. Paid last Friday, and sent the bot a PAYPAL message, but still received an invoice with amount due this morning. Did I miss a step? Did I anger the bot?
