I was going to order a few, but I can't justify spending twice as much on Shipping as the keycaps themselves...

I can't imagine how 4 keycaps would require $39 in shipping to Australia.

I have never had an issue not replacing the LEDs.
I wouldn't replace them with jumpers however, as this is likely to do more harm than good, as you will be creating a short circuit.

Are you planning on using a board per hand, or one board for both?

If you're planning on using two boards, the Pro Micro should be enough.

I would not recommend the Nano, as it does not use an AtMega32u4 chipset. The Pro Micro does, which means that software that is designed to run on the Teensy 2 ...

I have also had a good experience with the Arduino Micro. It has the exact same pins as the Arduino Leonardo.
The inclusion of a reset pin is nice - I have a dedicated key on my keyboard for rebooting the chip back to the bootloader. This makes flashing new firmware easy, as I don't have to unplug ...

I placed my order but didn't write "ADDRESS" before my address block. When I sent a message to fix it I didn't include my email address. Is 7bot smart enough to put things together based on my user name or do I need to send it again?
Don't worry, it is smart enough to assign your email address to ...

It appears that every time 7bit sends me a new invoice, I want to add more keycaps.

Somehow I think 7bit would be a very good used car salesman.

Those are plate mounted switches, not PCB mounted switches.

Thanks for the switches 7bit!

I'm still surprised that it only takes 9 days to get to Australia while only costing a fraction of the price compare to shipping from the US, which also takes twice a long!
